In an increasingly digital world, geographic, linguistic, and cultural borders are collapsing. As a strategic researcher with a decade of multinational and multilingual work, I work to bring a much-needed human lens to product research.

Raised between Seattle, Washington and Alexandria, Egypt, and now based in Rome, Italy, I have called multiple cities, countries, and continents home. I have a deep understanding of, and appreciation for, the diversity of human experience and have a track record of applying my expertise in human behavior to create user experiences that resonate across countries, cultures, and companies.

 

In addition to my work with user experience and product research, you can regularly find me at speaking events discussing qualitative research best practices, conducting multi-national research, working with vulnerable populations, and transitioning from academia to industry.
